Former Playboy pin-up Shauna Sand has been granted a restraining order against her husband following the pair's arrest on domestic violence charges earlier last week (beg16Mar11).
Cops were called to the blonde's home in California late on Wednesday following reports of a fight. The model and her husband Laurent Homburger were arrested and taken to a police station in Beverly Hills where they were booked in the early hours of Thursday.
Sand was released on bail, while Homburger remained in custody, and the star wasted no time in requesting a protective order against her partner.
A judge granted the order on Friday and Homburger is legally required to stay at least 100 yards away from Sand and her children until 9 June, when the restraining order will be evaluated.
According to TMZ.com, the fight came a week after Sand filed for divorce from her husband on 12 May.
