TAMPA, Fla. (AP) ? New York Yankees reliever Joba Chamberlain has thrown off a full mound for the first time in eight months after elbow ligament replacement surgery.

Chamberlain made 16 throws during the session on Tuesday, and said "everything went great."

The right-hander started working off a half mound as part of a rehabilitation program on Feb. 3.

Chamberlain went 2-0 with a 2.83 ERA in 27 relief appearances last season before surgery on June 16. He is expected to rejoin the Yankees this season, possibly before the All-Star break.

1. The difference between the level of the combo leader and the level of the mob. Here, you want the level of the combo leader to be lesser than that of the level of the mob as much as possible. The moment the combo leader's level is equal to that of the mob, EXP gain decreases by a lot.

2. The Combo Damage. More damage means more EXP for everyone.

3. Debuffs. Debuffs are the EXP multipliers for monsters. If the monster has more debuffs, it gives the debuffer more EXP when the monster receives damage. When a debuff misses, the EXP modifier is still counted.

In short, to attain large EXP, you need to make the game think that the Level 1 Red Horses are the ones responsible for the 15,000 damage dealt to the Level 12 Hyperkinetic Chicken.

Choice of Pets

Technically, you can use any pet to burst; but, for convinience reasons, players opt to choose Red Horses because of three things:

1. They have High SPD at Level 1. This makes it easier for the attackers to adjust their SPD to be lower than their pet.
2. They have a Physical Skill. As mentioned, more damage means more EXP for everyone.
3. They are easy to catch. At the appropriate level, you just need to PK the Red Horses in China to get one.

Each monster takes four steps to maximize the EXP gained. Repeat the steps for each monster.

Explanation: For the first round, buff your pet, aside from the fact that if you buff an ally, you get a portion of EXP from the one you buffed, you also increase the ATK of your pet, which leads to more damage later on. For the next round, you debuff the enemy - self-explanatory. For the last two turns, you concentrate on doing maximal damage, seeing as more damage = more EXP. It's also advised that you use the 'Hit'form of your strongest available skill. (If you can't use Hagendis with Shadow Pestle, so use Five Star Hit instead.)

Yes, you only divide it by the number of characters and pets that will use an offensive skill on that turn. You do not count those defending, or using support skills.

Side Notes
1. You can't combo with Area of Effect Skills (Skills that hit more than one target)
2. Make sure the supporter has the highest SPD
3. You can't burst when you Rebirth
4. I'd personally just disregard the first turn, since you want to get the most out of each turn, debuff is better than buff. So I'd go for the 3-trun bursting instead of the mentioned 4-turn. The one above just shows how to get MAX EXP in a battle.
5. Also, the lowest SPD Gap of any two attackers should be less than 100.

DreamWorks Animation Forms Studio With Chinese Partners ...

DreamWorks Animation on Friday announced a long-anticipated deal with three Chinese companies to form a family-entertainment studio in Shanghai.

The animation studio will join with China Media Capital, Shanghai Media Group and Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd. in spending $330 million to open a new company they are calling Oriental DreamWorks. The Chinese companies will hold a 55 percent stake in the new company, with DreamWorks Animation controlling the rest.

That capitalization is small; DreamWorks Animation, the maker of ?Kung Fu Panda,? spends about that much to make and market a single movie in the United States. But Jeffrey Katzenberg, the chief executive of DreamWorks Animation, nonetheless positioned the deal as ?groundbreaking and historic,? in part because the parade of other movie companies that have already announced Chinese movie deals ? Relativity Media, Legendary Entertainment ? are not focused on the family market.

Oriental DreamWorks is not expected to release a movie until 2016; yet, even before the official announcement, the enterprise drew criticism from The Wall Street Journal?s editorial page as an example of the barriers to competition in China.

DreamWorks Animation shares closed on Friday afternoon at $19.52, up almost 1 percent.

Amanda Knox Signs $4 Million Book Deal

Amanda Knox, the American college student who spent nearly four years in an Italian jail for murder, only to have her conviction overturned, is read to tell her story.

And be paid handsomely for it.

The international drama that unfolded on TV and in newspapers is now about to be told from the inside, in a subjective and profitable account, by Amanda Knox herself.

Knox, who was freed last fall after her conviction in the murder of Meredith Kercher was thrown out, has sold her book to HarperCollins for what is said to be $4 million.

"It is a story everyone else seems to have told except for the person at the center of it all," Jonathan Burnham, the publisher of HarperCollins, told The N.Y. Times.

"There has been plenty of rumor and conjecture about her, the role she played in events, and speculation about what happened. This book will tell the full story from her point of view for the very first time, and it will be told in her own words."

Amanda Knox, 24, kept prison diaries, the newspaper reports.

In addition, her former boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, who was also cleared in the killing of Meredith Kercher, is said to be preparing to sell his own memoir.

With companies like Tesla and Ford replacing tactile, in-dash systems with touchscreens and gizmos, the National Highway and Transportation Safety Administration wants to set "distraction guidelines" for how automakers implement factory-installed in-car electronics. Nearly a year after discussing the possibility of bringing restrictions to in-car information, US Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood unveiled phase one of a (potential) three-part, "first-ever federal proposal" loaded with suggestions for keeping driver's eyes and attention on the road. Notably, these voluntary guidelines take aim at "communications, entertainment, information gathering and navigation devices or functions that are not required to safely operate the vehicle." According to Reuters, though, the Alliance of Auto Manufacturers claims that "elements" of the guidelines have been in practice for nearly ten years.

The ideas range from ensuring that one hand is always left free for steering and restricting the entry of text, such as an address, unless the your car is in park, to limiting in-dash text prompts to "no more than 30 characters of text unrelated to the driving task" so that your eyes can't wander off of the road for too long. Vehicles under 10,000 pounds are said to be the primary focus, with the NHTSA noting that electronic warning systems will not be under the radar as they intend to help drivers, well, drive. Before the proposal spins into action, beginning in March it will be up for public comment for 60 days L.A., Washington D.C. and Chicago. Depending on how the phase one guidelines pan out, phase two will focus on devices brought into vehicles, like cellphones, while phase three would set its sights on voice controls. CHESTERFIELD, N.J. (CBS) ? As a Burlington County, NJ community mourns, investigators continue working to find the cause of yesterday?s fatal accident between a school bus and a dump truck (see related stories).

It could take weeks before police determine who was to blame.? All indications are that the driver of the dump truck, 38-year-old Michael Caporale, had the right of way as indicated by a blinking amber light.

But that doesn?t necessarily put him in the clear.

?If I were the lawyer suing people here, I?d sue them both,? says Scott Bennett, a Philadelphia attorney who specializes in traffic law.? ?If you?ve got an amber light, that means proceed with caution.? You?ve got to be careful, you?ve got to slow down, you?ve got to look around.

?(And) if you?ve got a red light, that means you?ve got to stop.? The one that was supposed to stop should not have been in an accident.? He should have come to a stop, and the intersection had to have been clear for him to proceed,? Bennett adds.

Regardless of the accident investigation, Bennett is certain that a flurry of civil suits will come out of this case, and possibly criminal charges.

A lot may depend on the outcome of toxicology tests given to both drivers, but attorney Bennett says even if they?re negative it?s still possible that county prosecutors will file charges because they feel it was a senseless accident and think that neither driver was paying attention.

UK's Cameron: Scotland must snub independence (AP)

LONDON ? Heading to Scotland for talks on an independence referendum, British Prime Minister David Cameron said Thursday that he would fight "head, heart and soul" to prevent the breakup of the United Kingdom.

Cameron was scheduled to hold his first meeting on the issue with Scotland's leader Alex Salmond, whose separatist party has long campaigned for the nation to leave its neighbors behind for the first time in more than 300 years.

Salmond is seeking to hold an independence referendum in September 2014, hoping that a separation from London would be completed with a May 2016 election for the Scottish Parliament.

However, with opinion polls showing that only about a third of Scots currently favor splitting the nation, Cameron and others opponents are pressing for the vote to be held earlier.

Scotland and England united in 1707 to form Great Britain, but Scotland gained significant autonomy after voting in 1997 to set up the semiautonomous Edinburgh-based Scottish Parliament, which has power from education, health and justice and can make minor alterations to income tax.

London retains primacy on all matters relating to Britain as a whole ? including defense, energy and foreign relations.

Cameron's government and Salmond are already at odds over the date of the referendum, what will be on the ballot paper and whether 16- and 17-year-olds should be entitled to vote.

According to excerpts released in advance, Cameron planned to use a speech in Scotland to warn that independence could damage Britain's status in Europe, within NATO and put at risk the U.K.'s permanent seat on the U.N. Security Council.

"The fight is now under way for something really precious: the future of our United Kingdom. I am 100 percent clear that I will fight with everything I have to keep our United Kingdom together," Cameron planned to say, according to the excerpts.

"To me, this is not some issue of policy or strategy or calculation ? it matters head, heart and soul. Our shared home is under threat and everyone who cares about it needs to speak out," the text said.

Salmond insists that independence would bring greater prosperity, allowing Scotland to better exploit its energy resources.

"We have 25 percent of Europe's tidal power potential, 25 percent of its offshore wind potential and 10 percent of its wave power potential ? not bad for a nation with less than 1 percent of Europe's population," Salmond said Wednesday in a speech to the London School of Economics.

Cameron insisted Scotland would be safer and richer if it remained a part of the U.K., along with England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Both Wales and Northern Ireland also have administrations with some limited powers.

"We're stronger, because together we count for more in the world, with a permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council, real clout in NATO and Europe and unique influence with allies all over the world," Cameron planned to say.

"In an increasingly dangerous world we have the fourth-largest defense budget on the planet, superb armed forces and anti-terrorist and security capabilities that stretch across the globe and are feared by our enemies and admired by our friends," the excerpts read.

Cameron insists Scotland's 5 million people would be more prosperous as part of "the seventh-richest economy on the planet and one of the world's biggest trading powers."

Joyful Journaling | Practically Creative

There are many paths to happiness; I have walked some of them and others lay hidden, still waiting to be discovered. One of the simplest routes I know requires nothing more complex than a pen and paper.

I speak of the humble art of journaling, the simple recording of thoughts as they come to you. I speak of the pleasure one can take from holding the right pen. I speak of the rambling joy of writing just to fill space in a journal, without thought or intent. I speak of the way that the written word can soothe the soul and clarify thoughts in turmoil. Journaling allows you to capture the very ebb and flow of your stream of consciousness and that moment. Applied assiduously, it will lead you to that pristine moment ? so hard to attain ? when the words finally run out and you don?t try to force your way through. In that moment there is nothing. The thousand voices of memory fall silent, the other self who narrates the story of your life pauses for breath. All of them ? all of them ? run out of words and lie still, quiescent. It is not peace, precisely. It is a quiet elation, that totality of self as your internal and your external come into alignment and you are whole.

I?ve had some success with a computer keyboard, but the pen provides a subtly more visceral connection. The pen also slows you down, a crucial ingredient in the mix. I prefer to journal with my favorite pen. You have one, too, I?m sure ? the one that fits your fingers just right. The one that spreads ink evenly and in a color you like. The on that you stop to look for, even if some other pen is lying right there in front of you.

Yeah, that pen.

I?ve used many papers over the years. Loose-leaf, notepad, notebook, and bound blank journal. I?ve used blogs like this one, 750words.com, and files saved privately on my computer. The digital stores my thoughts but doesn?t lead them to silence. It?s a good way to vent, but it?s never served me quite so well as a path to joy. When it comes to paper, I find that there?s not much difference while you?re writing. I do prefer something with a hard back, something that allows me to curl up in bed or on the sofa while I write, but, logically, that?s the only useful feature I need. And yet, I?ve got to confess that I really adore those lovely, bound blank journals. The binding, the attractively designed cover ? they make no difference while I?m writing. It?s when I?m done, when I?ve set the book aside, that it calls to me. It looks nice by my laptop. It makes me want to pick it up and start writing all over again.

For me, it also helps to do my journaling in cursive, the better to maintain the proper flow of ideas to page. It?s about good handwriting, too. Don?t get me wrong, sometimes I get caught up in the writing and fast becomes more important than neat, but usually I try to form my letters properly or ? at the very least ? legibly. If I want to keep up with a train of thought I can pull out my computer. I write with a pen in a search for clarity, and keeping my writing tidy forces my mind to slow down to keep pace. It allows each thought form more fully and emerge more smoothly. Slow and steady wins the peace.

Not every journaling session reaches that unifying state I described. Sometimes I?m too focused on mundane trivia. Sometimes I?m too upset or too elated by the end of the day. Still, every entry, no matter how filled with daily minutia and page-filling nonsense, leaves me more settled in my mind and heart than I began.

Yet, the process of setting up an estate plan is actually less complicated than one may think. Seniors come from a generation where it was inappropriate to discuss money and death, and therefore, many adult children may find that their parents do not have the appropriate paperwork in place to manage their estates. Or, the senior may not have formal paperwork because they feel that they will just hand down their belongings to their children so there is no need for it.

What happens to an estate without an estate plan
Without an estate plan, decisions about an individual?s property, medical, and final arrangements will be made without input from the individual. Attending doctors or the hospital will make medical decisions, family members will decide on burial arrangements, and state law will dictate the distribution of assets. These considerations alone may be enough to convince a senior that now is the time to formally organize their wishes for the treatment of their medical care and property.

What is Swing Trading and is it Right for You?

There are different types of trading or investment strategies that people following when trading stocks and shares. Day trading, long-term investing and swing trading.

Day trading as the name implies is trading over the period of a day and closing all your positions before the stock market closes. Long-term investing is taking a position that lasts a few years a la Warren Buffett.

Swing trading involves trading in stocks for short period of time, usually a few days, in order to take advantage of a swing in the price. Effective swing trading involves identifying an uptrend or a downtrend in a stock price. In an uptrend the highs are higher and the lows are higher too. Swing traders look for predictable patterns in order to predict when a stock price will stop falling, turn around and start rising again.?

Swing trading is all based on calculating the risks against the rewards ? if the risk is too relative to any potential rewards then there is no point in the trade.

There are a number of criteria that must be met before a trade is placed.

Stocks are generally trading higher than with a daily volume of more than 500K shares, as such stocks are less liable to be manipulated. To identify a stock which is in an uptrend the closing price must be above the 10-day moving average and the 20-day simple moving average and the 10-day moving average needs to be above the 20-day moving average.

There are a number of points to take into consideration when swing trading to limit your risks.? Don?t invest all your money in one go. If a stock gaps up 1 to 2%, then buy half the amount you intend trading.

Wait to see if the price continues to rise before investing more money. If the stock gaps up 2 to 3% then only invest 1/4 of the total amount you intend trading.

If the share gaps up more than 3% then don?t bother with the trade as the risk/reward ratio is not good enough. The aim when swing trading is to achieve a profit of 5 to 10 % if you achieve this (or if the trade turns against you and you start losing money) then close the trade and look for another opportunity.

Stop losses. Everyone makes losses, the trick is to make sure your losses are smaller than your gains. To ensure this you need to set stop losses when you place your trade, such that if the trade goes wrong the position will be automatically stopped out. Given that in swing trading the profit objective is in the region of 7% your stop loss should be set at approximately 4%.
