Affirmations are positive written or verbal statements you read or say to yourself on a daily basis to help reprogram your thoughts into a more positive mindset. When you consistently read or verbalize affirmations for 30 (some say 20) days, it becomes a habit, which will transform your thoughts and ultimately your behavior.
