Project Manager, Change Manager, Investment Bank

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Manager to join a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the Croydon or Bromley.

The ideal candidate will fit the following criteria:
You will provide input based on expertise relating to small to mid-size corporate change initiatives that impact single function or process change within a department. You are required to coordination, communication , influence and negotiation through various divisions. A Change Consultant issponsible for analyzing information, incorporating client problems and concerns, developing and implementing solutions. Furthermore you responsible for ensuring effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. You will typically have extensive experience in change management Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Role responsibilities:
? Accountable for the day-to-day leadership and project management.
? Plan, control, track and report all project deliverables across the various global organizations.
? Liaise with Business Partners and Resource Managers to ensure that resources are planned, assigned and committed to the projects.
? Create and maintain detailed work plans in Microsoft Project.
? Facilitate work group meetings and project deliverables.
? Provide, track and report project financial budget forecasts, ensuring that variances are proactively managed and resolved in a timely manner.
?Produce regular, thorough and accurate project status reports written at the appropriate target audience - from technical project team member to Management. Participate in meetings with Management and provide appropriate input and feedback.
? Ensure project changes are managed and executed properly.
? Ensure that project issues and risks are accurately logged, tracked, resolved and escalated appropriately.
? For all deliverables, ensure adherence to the clients processes.
? Work with Business Partner and Resource Managers to support Associate development activities and provide performance feedback.
? Close liaison with change management, the business community, technical groups within the client globally and external vendors.Skill Requirements:
? Formal full end-to-end project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery is essential. A background in software project development is desirable.? Strong project management skills, a proven ability to deliver high-quality technical software development projects on time and within budget.
? Demonstrated leadership experience, ability to motivate team and drive execution, performance driven with the necessary intensity and optimism to succeed and deliver.?
A proven track record of working with and presenting to a Leadership Team.
? A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment.
? Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Must be pro-active, adaptable and results driven.? A team player who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, using own initiative to meet deadlines and set priorities without close supervision.
