April: Earth Month - Tadasana Mountain Yoga

April: Earth Month

One of the things that I value most about my yoga practice is the sense of interconnectedness that comes from the practice. Beyond the value of community that arises from practicing together, it is the greater awareness of how interrelated all of life is. As yoga practitioners when we tune into our breath and our own natural rhythms we begin to develop a greater capacity to tune into all of the natural rhythms that surround us. Here, we are blessed to live in this dynamic ecosystem at the base of the continental divide where there never ceases to be an opportunity to marvel at the beauty that exists around us.
With gratitude for your practice,
Diana

Please join us in welcoming April Laliberte as a new teacher at Tadasana Mountain Yoga.
April has been a student of Anusara Yoga since July 2005 and is currently studying with Jeanie Manchester. She moved to Nederland from Flagstaff Arizona where she taught yoga at the Summit Health and Fitness Club since December 2009. Ashtanga Yoga is also a special interest of April?s and as a result, she has been frequenting Richard Freeman?s studio, don?t be surprised to find some Ashtanga in her classes! To read April?s full bio, please click here.
April will be teaching the candlelight flow class on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45pm.
But don?t worry Merrin Slocombe isn?t leaving us entirely. While she won?t be teaching a weekly class due to her new job with The Fly Fisher Group , Merrin will be teaching our Intro to Yoga classes and subbing whenever she can.
